Position: Local Marketing Manager

Location: New York, Hybrid

Peachy is a rapidly growing wellness company specializing in wrinkle prevention through FDA-approved treatments. With locations across 6 states, we focus exclusively on providing top-tier Botox treatments administered by board-certified nurse practitioners. Our mission is to make wrinkle prevention transparent, accessible, and effective for all clients.

Peachy is looking for a Local Marketing Manager to build and scale the playbook for grassroots, studio-level marketing across our entire network. This person will partner directly with studio teams to drive customer acquisition and retention, build local partnerships, grow community presence, and bring our studios to life through in-studio and local events. You'll be the connective tissue between corporate marketing strategy and what actually happens on the ground in each studio.

This role is ideal for someone who loves being close to the customer and the community, and who can build scalable systems while still getting hands-on at the local level.

What You'll Do

• Support all studios with local marketing strategy, tools, and resources tailored to their markets.
• Build and own a marketing playbook that studios can use to execute consistent, effective local marketing.
• Develop local marketing partnerships (e.g., neighboring businesses, community organizations, complementary brands) to expand reach and drive referral traffic.
• Grow customer acquisition at the local level, working hand-in-hand with studio teams to identify and execute on opportunities specific to their markets.
• Partner with studios on retention, helping build strategies and programs that keep customers engaged and coming back.
• Help build local communities around each studio — turning customers into advocates and studios into neighborhood destinations.
• Plan and support local, in-studio events that drive engagement, acquisition, and brand affinity.
• Set new studios up for marketing success, building a pre-launch and grand-opening playbook that drives awareness and acquisition from day one in each new market.
• Track and report on the effectiveness of local marketing initiatives, iterating on the playbook based on what's working.
• Serve as a trusted marketing resource and thought partner to studio leadership.

What You Bring

• 5–7 years of experience in local, field, grassroots, or community marketing (multi-location experience strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated success building partnerships and driving results through local relationships.
• Experience developing scalable marketing frameworks or playbooks that others can execute against.
• A strong customer/community-first mindset with the ability to think both strategically and tactically.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with studio teams and balancing the needs of multiple locations at once.
• Strong project management and communication skills; able to influence without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel to studios/local markets as needed.

The target base pay for the Local Marketing Manager role in New York, NY is $80,000 - $100,000. Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Peachy reserves the right to modify compensation ranges as business needs evolve.
