Senior Manager, Technical Accounting

As the Senior Manager of Technical Accounting, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $175,000 per year.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the SOX process at the Corporate office
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective control procedures
- Review business operations during month and quarter-end close
- Assess businesses for indicators of impairment
- Streamline and develop best practice reporting requirements
- Work closely with the finance team to enhance reporting
- CPA Certification: Active or inactive
- Experience in Big 4 public accounting with a focus on SEC 10K/10Q and/or technology companies (minimum 3 years)
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls
