Sr. Accounting Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a broad accounting function while helping shape and standardize processes across multiple entities.The OpportunityAs the Senior Accounting Manager, you will lead the shared services accounting function, overseeing AP, AR, general ledger, intercompany accounting, and financial close activities. You'll play a key role in improving processes, driving efficiency, and partnering cross-functionally across the organization.What You'll DoLead and develop a high-performing accounting teamOversee month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entriesEnsure the integrity of the general ledger and financial statements in accordance with US GAAPOversee AP, AR, and intercompany accounting across multiple entitiesIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardizationPartner with internal and external auditors on audits and complianceSupport ERP enhancements, upgrades, and integrationsMentor and develop accounting professionals while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
