Front Desk Receptionist

Responsibilities Greet visitors, members, and vendors warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette Manage bookings and master calendar for lodge activities Handle clerical duties including filing, document processing, word processing, and maintaining organized records Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy reception area Assist with member communication via email or phone, providing support and information as needed to enhance customer satisfaction Experience Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tasks Excellent computer literacy including technical proficiency in office productivity software and general computer skills Prior clerical or administrative experience in a professional environment preferred Strong phone communication skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and practicing proper phone etiquette Experience with office management tools such as Zoho or similar software is advantageous Experience with Toast POS system is also advantageous Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and customer service skills will shine!
