About the Role We are hiring Senior Medical Scribes with hands-on Epic EHR experience to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems on real-world clinical documentation and provider workflow scenarios. This role is ideal for experienced medical scribes who understand physician documentation workflows, patient chart navigation, clinical terminology, and real-time encounter support inside fast-paced healthcare environments. You will help AI systems better understand how physicians document care, review patient histories, update charts, and manage clinical workflows in practice. Hourly Rate: $75/hr Responsibilities Review AI-generated clinical documentation outputs for accuracy and realism Evaluate healthcare workflows involving physician documentation and patient chart review Analyze operational scenarios tied to patient encounters, clinical notes, orders, and care documentation Translate real-world medical scribing workflows into structured AI evaluation tasks Provide detailed written feedback to improve AI-generated healthcare outputs Document reasoning and workflow decisions clearly and consistently Requirements 2–6+ years of professional experience working as a medical scribe in a healthcare environment Hands-on experience using Epic EHR during clinical workflows Strong familiarity with physician documentation standards and patient chart navigation Ability to interpret clinical terminology and healthcare documentation accurately Strong written communication and attention to detail Comfort working independently in a remote environment
