We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care primarily in a home care setting. This role requires flexibility with hours and the ability to work rotating shifts, ensuring patients receive consistent and attentive nursing support in their homes.

- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Monitor patient health and record vital signs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in nursing
