About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to take on a pivotal role in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, with a strategic focus on preparing the business for accelerated growth and driving performance improvement. This hands-on leadership position demands a confident decision-maker with the ability to build and enhance operational processes, including the introduction of KPIs, improved reporting, budgeting, and team management.
