Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person to join our growing team! In this energetic role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our market presence through proactive outside sales efforts, engaging with clients, and building lasting relationships. Your passion for business development and customer service will fuel your success as you identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. This position offers an exciting chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment where your sales expertise and enthusiasm can truly shine. Where your will have the opportunity to grow your income based on your efforts. This is a Monday thru Friday job, hourly to start with salary plus bonus advancement with the potential to earn a high income in sales
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales by engaging decision-makers through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Perform product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase features and benefits of our offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and expand territory coverage.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory management and business growth initiatives.
Experience
- Experience or willing to learn outside sales, business development within a B2B (business-to-business) environment.
- Customer service Background in waitressing, hospitality industries
- Familiarity with or the abilities to learn CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking customer interactions and analyzing sales performance.
- Demonstrated success in communications and listening
- Excellent customer-focused mindset to build trust and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to perform outside sales activities such as cold calling, follow-up communications, and customer service support.
- Strong work ethic with skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective strategies for territory expansion.
