This entry-level role offers the opportunity to join a stable production team in a climate-controlled facility in Culpeper, VA. General Production Workers support the processing of rental uniforms by performing a variety of tasks on the production line, including stocking, handling boxes, and completing repetitive duties with accuracy. No prior experience is required, and comprehensive training is provided for individuals who are reliable and seeking long-term, full-time employment.

• Work on the production line to support the washing and processing of rental uniforms for multiple customers.
• Stock materials and supplies needed for production activities and ensure work areas remain organized.
• Handle general labor tasks such as lifting boxes and moving items throughout the facility as needed.
• Perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
• Follow established procedures and safety guidelines within the manufacturing and production environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas throughout the shift.
• Adapt to assigned roles such as utility or wash alley duties, depending on shift and operational needs.

The role is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing and production facility focused on processing rental uniforms. Team members work on structured production lines and in areas such as utility and wash alley. Multiple full-time shifts are available, including 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), 2nd shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM), and 3rd shift (12:00 AM–8:30 AM). The environment involves general labor tasks, handling boxes, and performing repetitive duties while adhering to safety and facility guidelines.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Culpeper, VA.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Culpeper,VA.
