- 7+ years of Database Engineering / DBA experience
- Strong hands-on experience with NoSQL database administration
- Experience managing large-scale distributed database environments
- Experience supporting production systems in AWS and GCP environments

- Administer and optimize Cassandra and Couchbase clusters.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
- Manage backup, recovery, and migration activities.
- Support multi-cloud database environments across AWS and GCP.
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using Grafana and Prometheus.
- Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable database solutions.
- Maintain high availability, reliability, and operational excellence.
