We are searching for a talented Emergency Department Clerical Coordinator
Hours: 24hrs
Shift: Day Shift, 11:00am - 7:30pm, weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital Fall River, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours.

Responsibilities
Position reports to the Emergency Department Team Leader or designee. Perform variety of clerical duties including but not limited to: conduct patient interviews, provide clerical support, patient registration, data/order entry, and transcription of orders, collation of medical records and other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Equal to completion of four years of high school plus specialized courses and training.
- Completion and passing of the Medical Terminology course is required.
- Computer skills including knowledge of the Meditech computer system and related secretarial experience are preferred.
- A minimum of one year related work experience is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
Pay Range
USD $15.95 - USD $25.76 /Hr.
Rotation Schedule Requirement
Every Other Weekend and Holiday
