Job Description
Shift: 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
Location: Mckinney, TX
Pay: $30-35 (DOE)
Duration: 2-3 Weeks
Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Structural Welder to fabricate and weld steel components used in buildings, bridges, and other structures. The ideal candidate has experience with structural welding processes and can produce high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural welding using processes such as MIG, Stick, or Flux-Core
- Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Fit, align, and assemble structural steel components
- Inspect welds to ensure strength and quality standards are met
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of structural welding experience
- Ability to pass a welding certification test (AWS preferred)
- Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Preferably have history on a pipeline
