Marketing CoordinatorThe Marketing Coordinator supports the practice marketing team by assisting with creating and executing marketing strategies for Specialty1 Partners' practices. This role focuses on driving growth in practice volumes and revenue by assisting with or conducting face-to-face outreach, managing referral relationships, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives tailored to each assigned practice and its locations.Your responsibilities include:Assist with the face-to-face referral marketing on behalf of the practice.Assist with the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, social media content, signage, etc.)Coordinate and help manage social media accounts, posting schedules, and engagement activitiesSupport local practice marketing efforts, such as events, sponsorships, and community outreachHelp maintain and update website content, online profiles, and directory listingsTrack marketing campaign performance metrics and assist with basic reportingCoordinate with vendors and external partners for printing, promotional items, and advertising needsMaintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and asset librariesEnsure brand consistency across all communications and materialsAssist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the marketing teamAs one of the essential members of the team, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other responsibilities as assigned.Travel: This is a field-based role requiring local travel by car approximately four days per week.
