AirDuctPros Denver is seeking experienced, relationship-driven outside sales professionals who already have an established book of business or strong professional referral network.

We're not looking for entry-level salespeople. We're looking for proven professionals who know how to develop opportunities, build relationships, and close deals.

We provide residential and commercial air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and HVAC system cleaning, with transparent upfront pricing, no hidden fees, and no surprise upsells.

Who We're Looking For

• Experienced outside sales professionals with an  established book of business or active referral network .
• Existing relationships in one or more of the following industries:
• • Property management and HOAs
  • Residential real estate and real estate brokerages
  • HVAC and home services
  • Construction, remodeling, and restoration
  • Commercial property maintenance and facility services
  • Apartment communities and multifamily housing
  • Other industries with access to residential or commercial customers
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop business, and close sales.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-through skills.
• Self-motivated professionals comfortable working independently.
• Reliable transportation for local business meetings.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through your existing professional relationships.
• Develop residential and commercial cleaning opportunities.
• Establish referral partnerships with businesses and industry contacts.
• Present our services, negotiate opportunities, and close deals.
• Build long-term accounts that generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure excellent customer service.
