Why join us We are looking for a motivated construction and construction litigation associate with three to five years of experience to join our Construction and Insurance Recovery Department in our Seattle office. Job Details Qualifications Membership in the Washington State Bar is required. Experience across many stages of construction contracting and construction litigation including contract negotiation, dispute analysis, motion practice and trial. Preferred knowledge of insurance law in the construction context (such as coverage evaluation, tenders, and the legal contours of the relationship between policyholders and their insurers).
