In this role, you will represent clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in handling complex civil litigation cases, exceptional advocacy skills, and a deep understanding of Washington state law.Civil Litigation Associate Responsibilities:Create and implement strategies to achieve favorable case outcomes.Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution as needed.Conduct legal research and draft essential documents like pleadings and motions.Offer legal advice and guidance on various issues and strategies.Manage all phases of litigation, from initiation to resolution, including discovery and trial prep.Keep accurate case files and records, stay informed on changes in laws and regulations affecting civil litigation.Work with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for efficient case management.Civil Litigation Associate Qualifications:At least 3 years of Civil Litigation experienceJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law institution.Valid license to practice law in Washington State.Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.Skilled at managing multiple cases and priorities efficiently.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software.Benefits and Appreciation:Medical, dental, and vision paid by the employer.Paid time-off and Holiday401kOpportunities for professional development and growth.Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 per year
