Qualifications 5 years prior commercial construction experience AIA billing experience Procore experience Experience working with subcontractors GMP contract and billing experience Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently with solid decision making skills. Well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Strong software skills to include MS Office.
