Position Summary

The Client Support Specialist provides professional support to clients and internal teams by managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative tasks, and helping ensure a positive client experience. This role is ideal for an organized, detail oriented professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent service in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries by phone and email.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Assist with billing inquiries and routine account support.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business correspondence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client requests.
• Perform general administrative and data entry duties.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service, client support, or administrative experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CRM or customer support software.
• Experience in construction, industrial services, or a related industry.
