Marketing & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time)

We're Hiring: Marketing & Administrative Coordinator (Part-Time) 20 Hours per Week | $25–28/hour | Opportunity for Growth We're looking for an organized, energetic, and creative team member to join our growing gym team! This is a unique hybrid role combining marketing, operations, and administration. If you enjoy creating content, staying organized, and helping a business run smoothly, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Marketing (Approximately 50%) - this role is for three TNF gym locations Capture short (10-second) quality control videos during classes Create engaging content for social media accounts Help showcase our members, coaches, and gym culture through video content Work with leadership to execute marketing initiatives Administrative & Operations (Approximately 50%) - this role is only for the location in Colonie Supervise and provide coverage for the front desk as needed Coordinate communication between staff, upper management, and the owner Help ensure daily operations run efficiently across all locations Assist with scheduling, organization, and administrative projects Support the team by maintaining smooth operational processes We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Organized, creative and detail-oriented Professional with strong communication skills Comfortable using a smartphone to capture and edit videos and content Self-motivated and able to manage multiple responsibilities Reliable and willing to travel between our three locations Passionate about fitness and creating a positive member experience Marketing or administrative experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
