Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a background in Geriatrics or Internal Medicine to join our team at Carease Health - OH in Columbus, OH. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities. This hybrid role combines on-site visits with remote work from home, supported by a dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation.
