This role plays a critical part in executing regional sales strategy while contributing to broader national sales objectives. The Central Region Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening market presence, and building long-term partnerships with key retail accounts and regional chains.This position oversees a team of outside sales representatives, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent execution and continued professional development. Through regular field ride‑alongs, strategic guidance, and ongoing support, the role ensures the sales team is motivated, aligned, and positioned for success.In addition to team leadership, the role is highly hands-on and focuses on expanding distribution, opening new accounts, and increasing penetration of new and featured products throughout the region. The Central Region Sales Manager will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional partners, participating in management meetings and National Sales Summits to help shape future sales initiatives, promotional strategies, and new product launches.
