Nocturnist opening in Fargo, NDLocated in Fargo, ND - Minneapolis/St. Paul ~3.5 hoursFull-time; PermanentEmployed Overview: Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician Family Medicine candidates must have at least 1 year of hospitalist experience or completed a hospitalist fellowship Join a strong, collegial hospitalist team with 20+ physicians and NP support 140-bed hospital with closed ICU No procedures required Access to specialty support and 24/7 intensivist coverage Patient care includes cross coverage, admissions, and tele-hospitalist responsibilities Three nocturnists scheduled per shift Nocturnist schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM 7 on / 7 off scheduling with flexibility 1.0 FTE equals approximately 19.2 weeks per year--- Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Ability to obtain North Dakota medical license--- Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $369,942 plus additional incentives Bonus, quality, and production-based compensation opportunities Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage 401(k) with employer contributions CME and professional development support Flexible scheduling options Generous paid time off* Wellness programs supporting physical and mental health--- About the Area:Fargo is a vibrant and growing community located on the border of North Dakota and Minnesota, with a metro population exceeding 200,000.
