Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Our client is a real estate company. They seek a Senior Financial Analyst to join their Culver City, CA office. This opportunity offers a great company culture and a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assess financial and operational KPIs against budgets, forecasts, and industry benchmarks to deliver actionable insights for leadership
• Lead special projects, driving preparation, documentation, and project management in support of executive financial decision-making
• Prepare, review, and present ad hoc analyses and scenario modeling to guide strategic planning and business performance
• Manage the companywide budget process, including documentation, variance analysis, and evaluation of key assumptions or methodology changes
• Oversee short- and long-term forecasting, including cash flow projections and capital planning analyses, to inform corporate strategy
• Develop, improve, and automate financial processes, ensuring seamless adoption and communication across departments
• Design and deliver training sessions to enhance staff proficiency with Excel-based financial templates and input worksheets
• Collaborate with senior management, providing data-driven recommendations and supporting the FP&A Manager in company-wide initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years Accounting, Audit, and/or Finance experience
• Public accounting (Big 4++) background
• Real Estate industry background preferred
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
• Skilled in Excel and Power BI
