Responsibilities

• Assist housekeeping staff in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and public areas.
• Transport linens, cleaning supplies, and equipment to designated areas as required.
• Ensure all service carts and storage areas are stocked and organized efficiently.
• Promptly address maintenance issues or report damages in guest rooms and public spaces to the maintenance department.
• Respond courteously to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance or directing them to appropriate personnel.
• Remove trash and recyclable materials from guest rooms and public areas consistently throughout the day.
• Support setup and breakdown of banquet and event spaces as needed, ensuring proper arrangement and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and prolonged standing or walking.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by operational needs.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies and adherence to safety protocols.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
