Seeking Part-Time Nanny/Household Assistant for Busy Family of 5 Children (Ages 6 Months to 11 Years) We are a loving and energetic family searching for a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Nanny/Household Assistant to join our household. This part-time position requires someone who is a self-starter, takes initiative, and is deeply passionate about their work and caring for others. You must be skilled at multitasking, a quick and creative thinker, punctual, flexible, patient, understanding, and highly organized. Ideal candidates will also have expertise in caring for infants and toddlers, as well as strong knowledge of household organization and routines. Responsibilities: Childcare: Provide attentive and nurturing care for children aged 6 months, 2, 3, 5, and 11. Manage feeding, diaper changes, and nap routines for younger children. Plan and supervise engaging, age-appropriate activities. Assist with homework for the older children (if needed). Household Duties: Housekeeping, including tidying up, laundry, and meal preparation. Maintain a clean and organized living space. Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and household organization. Ideal Candidate Qualities: A self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction. Passionate about their work and genuinely caring toward others. Excellent multitasker with creative problem-solving skills. Always punctual and dependable. Flexible, patient, and understanding in a dynamic family setting. Highly organized and skilled at creating and maintaining routines. Experienced with infants, toddlers, and multiple children of varying ages. Requirements: Prior experience as a nanny or household assistant, preferably with large families. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents. Schedule and Compensation: Part-time position with a flexible schedule; occasional evening or weekend availability may be required.
