Up to $60/hour | Windsor, CO | Full-Time | 2026–2027 School Year | Elementary Autism Program Position Details Elementary School Opening in Windsor, CO Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Starting August 2026 for the full 2026–2027 school year Supporting elementary-aged students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Collaborative team environment with strong district support About the Role Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher to support elementary students with autism in Windsor, CO. In this role, you’ll provide individualized instruction, implement behavior and academic supports, develop IEPs, and create a structured, supportive classroom environment where students can thrive. This position is ideal for educators who are passionate about working with elementary‑aged students with autism and enjoy helping students build communication, academic, behavioral, social‑emotional, and life skills in a highly supportive setting. You’ll work alongside a collaborative district team and a therapist‑run company that values mentorship and support.
