Job Description

This Sr. Art Director role is an exciting opportunity to lead creative development and execution for our client's health care professional-focused campaigns within the pharmaceutical industry. The role involves driving campaign concepts from start to finish across various channels, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate complex scientific information effectively. This is a contract position. Must be able to start on Nov 2nd. Remote position.

Senior Art Director (HCP) Responsibilities:

• Lead creative projects from concept through final execution.

• Develop compelling HCP-focused campaign concepts and promotional materials.
\n
• Create visually engaging designs that communicate complex scientific and medical information.
\n
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and deliverables.
\n
• Partner closely with Copywriters to develop integrated creative solutions.
\n

Senior Art Director (HCP) Qualifications:

\n
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated-industry advertising experience.
\n
• Strong HCP pharmaceutical marketing experience.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and GenAI tools.
\n
• Experience developing HCP materials across digital, print, and omnichannel channels.
\n
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical promotional regulations and MLR review processes.
\n
