Senior Art Director

Inizio Evoke offers a fully remote setup in New York, NY (remote) with competitive compensation ($80,000-$110,000 USD), plus benefits designed to support your health, growth, and day-to-day flexibility. You will work on strategic, innovative brand communication projects in the healthcare and pharmaceutical space, collaborating with cross-functional partners and contributing to multi-platform creative that serves both HCP and patient audiences .
What you’ll do
- Lead creative development for assigned brands, ensuring concepts are strategic , innovative , and visually impactful .
- Apply account branding guidelines and design hallmarks consistently across digital, print, video, and social deliverables.
- Conceptualize and build multi-platform creative work for both healthcare professionals and patients .
- Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Art Directors, and Strategy teams so that messaging and visuals align.
- Present and defend creative concepts, clearly articulating the strategic and aesthetic rationale behind the work.
- Mentor junior Art Directors by providing guidance that supports quality and team growth.
- Stay current on industry trends and technological advancements, applying them to improve creative quality and effectiveness.
What you bring
- Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into engaging, easy-to-understand designs.
- Conceptual thinking with both big-idea capability and attention to detail.
- Proven presenting and collaboration skills, including the ability to articulate ideas and work cross-functionally.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma , along with experience using AI-driven design resources .
- A strategic mindset focused on how visuals influence brand messaging and audience engagement .
- Adaptability and resilience to balance creative ambition with regulatory requirements in the pharma space.
- A positive, grounded approach, showing professionalism , humility , and enthusiasm throughout collaboration.
