$100 bonus at 30 days. $200 at 60 days. $300 at 90 days.
Most of our laborers work 15 to 17 hours of overtime a week. Once you are at $21.51, that overtime plus the retirement money comes to about $76,000 to $80,000 a year. During your first 90 days it runs about $62,000 to $65,000. Overtime depends on production and is not guaranteed.
Health InsuranceCompany-funded. Medical, dental, vision, prescription, and disability. The company pays $655 a month for you, or $1,966 a month for a family. Coverage starts the 1st of the month after 30 days.
HoursMonday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. With overtime that is about a 50-hour week, plus some Saturdays. Early start, early finish.
The WorkMaking and finishing concrete pipe. Tying rebar. Patching, grinding and finishing concrete. Hand tools and power tools. Moving materials.
Hot in summer, cold in winter, and not air conditioned. Lifting 35 pounds and up. Hard hat, ear protection and steel-toe boots required. The company pays half your boots, up to two pairs a year, and supplies rain and winter gear.
What We NeedShow up on time every day. Work safely. Be willing to do physical work. No experience needed — we train you.
