TIG Welder: South Beloit, Wisconsin .
Our customer in South Beloit, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. As a TIG Welder, you will perform precision welding, fabricate piping and sheet metal systems, and collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities of the TIG Welder:
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and nickel alloy components with precision and consistency.
- Fabricate process piping and sheet metal assemblies according to blueprints and specifications.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical documents, and P&ID diagrams to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Maintain ASME Section IX quality standards and meet weld test requirements.
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to meet project goals.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives.
TIG Welder Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year TIG welding experience.
- Proven ability to pass ASME Section IX 6G weld test.
- Strong understanding of shop drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience with process piping or sheet metal fabrication.
- Familiarity with P&ID drawings is preferred.
Pay for TIG Welder: $24–$32/hour. After training, candidate will work 10-hour shifts Monday – Friday.
