TEAM Benefits 401(k) Health, Dental, Vision, Life & Voluntary Insurance Management Development Program TEAM & Travel Discounts Vacation, Wellness & Holiday Pay Career Advancement Opportunities Referral Bonus Program Full-Time positions are benefits eligible, including paid time off and travel discounts Medical and other insurance options are also available Responsibilities Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, dishes, utensils, and storage areas in a clean, sanitary, and organized condition Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation throughout the shift Support the culinary team with basic food preparation and kitchen tasks as needed Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing food and kitchen supplies Properly sort and remove trash and recycling, placing it in designated pickup areas Clean and sanitize garbage cans and other designated areas Sweep, mop, and maintain floors and other kitchen surfaces Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas Follow all food safety, health, sanitation, and workplace safety standards Safely operate kitchen equipment and cleaning tools Assist other kitchen team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Requirements Previous kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate Full-time availability required Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and work for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and safety Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team Basic English communication skills and ability to read, write, and understand workplace instructions Pay: $16.00 per hour In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hilton Garden Inn Tewksbury Andover
