About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sales Operations to lead the strategic and operational aspects of the sales organization. This executive role is pivotal in driving the go-to-market engine, with a focus on forecasting, territory and compensation design, sales technology, and analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the annual sales planning process, building and refining sales forecasting methodology, and designing sales compensation plans that align with revenue goals. They will also be tasked with streamlining the deal lifecycle, establishing sales processes, and building a high-performing sales operations team. The role requires a strategic operator with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales operations, deep expertise in CRM and sales technology, and the ability to influence company-wide strategy. Applicants for the Vice President, Sales Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in sales operations or a related function within a B2B SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales forecasting, territory planning, and compensation processes, as well as experience with CRM platforms and the broader sales technology ecosystem. Key skills include being a strategic thinker, a trusted executive partner, a skilled people leader, and a strong cross-functional collaborator.
