Position Details

• Location: Allendale, MI
• Full-Time: 1st & 2nd Shift
• Part-Time: 1st (weekends only) & 2nd Shift
• Shifts: 8 hour Shifts

What You'll Do

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
• Administer medications and perform treatments
• Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor and respond to changes in resident condition
• Complete documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

What You Bring

• Active RN or LPN license (Michigan)
• Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work as part of a teamnot carry the whole shift alone
• Reliable, professional, and resident-focused mindset

Sign-On Bonus Details

• RN: $5,000 (Full-Time), $2,500 (Part-Time)
• LPN: $4,000 (Full-Time), $2,000 (Part-Time)(paid in installments)
