Responsibilities Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilities Implement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients and care teams Advocate for clients' rights, independence, and access to community resources Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility support Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and compliance records Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, and community organizations Monitor client progress and adjust support strategies accordingly Requirements Experience in disability services, social services, or a related human services field preferred Knowledge of person-centered care principles preferred Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills required Ability to pass a background check and meet State licensing or certification requirements required Valid driver's license, clear driving record, and reliable transportation required Ability to work varied days and hours required CPR/First Aid certification required (will provide if needed) MAT: Wyoming Department of Health Medication Assistance certification required (will provide if needed) High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required About Us Arcuri Disability Services, LLC is a licensed, accredited, and dedicated provider of disability support services in Casper, WY, committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities through personalized, compassionate care.
