At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. Support the safe and efficient movement of time‑critical healthcare shipments through the QuickSTAT warehouse. You will be responsible for processing consignments and inventory accurately, maintaining GDP‑compliant documentation, preparing temperature‑controlled packaging, and ensuring shipments move through the warehouse safely and on schedule. Complete Goods In and Goods Out processing, including documentation review, piece counts, weights, dimensions, damage checks, and system updates Prepare temperature‑controlled packaging using dry ice, PCM, liquid nitrogen, temperature loggers, and GPS trackers Perform inventory checks and quality inspections on reusable packaging Clean, restock, and update reusable packaging inventory Load and unload vehicles manually and with warehouse equipment Prepare consolidated consignments for transfer to other QuickSTAT facilities Enter shipment milestones and maintain accurate warehouse records Monitor departmental email communication and respond to internal and external inquiries Communicate discrepancies, delays, and operational issues to the appropriate teams Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and compliance standards Provide clear shift handovers when required Who we are Logistics shapes everyday life - from the goods we consume to the healthcare we rely on.
