En un contexto de crecimiento y evolución estratégica, busca incorporar un Director de Estrategia que contribuya activamente a potenciar la toma de decisiones, acelerar el desempeño del negocio e identificar nuevas oportunidades de generación de valor.

Job Description

Esta posición ejecutiva será responsable de liderar la función integral de estrategia de negocio, asegurando que la organización transforme datos en decisiones, estrategia en ejecución y oportunidades en resultados.Entre sus principales desafíos destacan:

Definir la estrategia de business intelligence y planeamiento comercial para acelerar el crecimiento sostenible del negocio.
Liderar la generación de insights estratégicos que permitan anticipar tendencias, identificar oportunidades y gestionar riesgos.
Impulsar una gestión del desempeño basada en indicadores, promoviendo visibilidad, accountability y mejora continua en toda la organización.
Asegurar el seguimiento y ejecución de iniciativas estratégicas de alto impacto, trabajando de manera transversal con líderes de diferentes áreas.
Actuar como socio estratégico de la alta dirección, proporcionando análisis, escenarios y recomendaciones que faciliten decisiones de negocio relevantes.
Desarrollar equipos de alto desempeño y fortalecer una cultura organizacional orientada a la innovación, la colaboración y la toma de decisiones basada en evidencia

The Successful Applicant

Buscamos un ejecutivo con visión estratégica, fuerte orientación a resultados y capacidad demostrada para liderar procesos de transformación impulsados por datos.Requisitos principales:

Formación universitaria en Administración, Economía, Ingeniería, Marketing o carreras afines.
MBA o estudios de postgrado en negocios, estrategia o gestión comercial.
Experiencia consolidada (+ de 8 años) liderando áreas de Business Intelligence, Planeamiento Estratégico, Estrategia Comercial o Analítica de Negocios.
Trayectoria liderando equipos multidisciplinarios y gestionando iniciativas estratégicas de alcance corporativo.
Sólidos conocimientos en analytics, gestión de KPIs, performance management, CRM y planeamiento comercial.
Dominio avanzado de inglés.
Excelentes habilidades de influencia, comunicación ejecutiva, pensamiento analítico y liderazgo.
