Job Description

Definir e implementar estrategias comerciales alineadas con los objetivos corporativos.
Supervisar y optimizar las operaciones de ventas y marketing para maximizar el rendimiento.
Analizar el mercado y la competencia para identificar oportunidades de negocio.
Gestionar y desarrollar al equipo comercial, fomentando un ambiente de alto rendimiento.
Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave y socios estratégicos.
Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeño (KPIs) para asegurar el cumplimiento de metas.
Coordinar con otras áreas de la empresa para garantizar la alineación de las estrategias comerciales.
Preparar informes regulares sobre el desempeño comercial para la alta dirección.

The Successful Applicant

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

Título profesional en Administración, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
Experiencia comprobada en roles de liderazgo en el sector de retail.
Habilidad para desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales efectivas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
Conocimiento avanzado en análisis de mercado y gestión de presupuestos.
Capacidad para liderar equipos y trabajar en entornos dinámicos.
Dominio de herramientas tecnológicas y sistemas de gestión comercial.
