Senior Product Designer

Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design of digital products, from concept to launch, ensuring solutions meet both client requirements and user needs. Collaborate with strategists, engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless, integrated experiences. Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into actionable design improvements. Develop comprehensive design strategies that align with client goals, brand guidelines, and industry best practices. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Present concepts and prototypes to clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating design rationale and gathering feedback. Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, innovative design culture. Teach and coach client partners, delivering high-quality artifacts while guiding teams toward successful project outcomes. Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and methodologies in UX/UI and product design. Support business development efforts by analyzing client needs, contributing to proposals, and serving as a subject matter expert on UX/UI and the Cabin strategic framework. Qualifications A strong portfolio showcasing a breadth of digital product design work, including examples of projects you have led. Expertise in UX/UI principles, graphic design, and prototyping tools. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences. Experience conducting user research and applying insights to design outcomes. Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams with solid project management skills. Creative problem-solving, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in an agency, design shop, or product design studio is required.
