Production Associate, 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $24.75 Location: Wallingford, CT Shift: 3rd Shift, 11:00pm - 7:00am, Monday – Friday. Shift differential 10%. Train on 1st shift (7:00am – 3:30pm) for 3 months. Hiring Immediately! All applicants must provide one of the following forms of identification as part of their application: Passport Birth Certificate Certificate of Naturalization (USCIS Form N-550 or N-570) Permanent Resident Card (USCIS Form I‑551) Primary Responsibilities Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment. Set up the production equipment and supplies before executing job orders and operate equipment safely and effectively for production processing. Ensure that equipment is maintained in good and safe working conditions. Inspect equipment to identify any replacements, malfunctions, and repairs. Perform regular equipment maintenance to ensure production capacity and quality. Help junior operators in their assigned responsibilities. Repair and clean the equipment when needed. Evaluate equipment performance and recommend improvements. Operate trucks and other industrial vehicles to transfer the production equipment between warehouse and working area. Follow safety procedures and company policies for equipment operation. Qualifications Ability to lift to 50 pounds on a consistent basis throughout the day. Mechanical inclination, ability to use hand tools. Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
