Technical Support Consultant

Technical Support Consultant, responsible for providing professional support for IT and Business Application inquiries related to ERP solutions, working full-time and ensuring efficient resolution of customer issues. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers, resolving support cases and documenting application defects Handle customer escalations, coordinating with colleagues and R&D to ensure timely issue resolution Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and support team development Required Qualifications Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies, IT infrastructure, and database-centric environments Experience in a Customer Support environment, with a focus on exceptional customer service Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server performance tools Ability to write and understand SQL queries, with knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts Commitment to lifelong learning and proactive problem-solving to prevent customer escalations
