ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Account Representative with A.J. Ciccone - Allstate Insurance, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.

Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Prior sales experience is required.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual Spanish highly preferred.
