ROI Call Center Specialist I - Bilingual

Prime Healthcare is seeking a dedicated ROI Call Center Associate to handle high-volume requests and document conversations. You will use EMR and tracking tools to monitor ROI status, coordinate with technical staff, and ensure accurate notes are captured during every call. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and at least one year of call center experience in healthcare.
