Director OF Product Marketing

As a key leader in the organization, the full-time remote Head of Product Marketing will own messaging and positioning for Autonomous Identity, lead competitive intelligence efforts, and build processes for product launches while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and product teams. Key responsibilities Own messaging and positioning for Autonomous Identity across products and solutions, ensuring clarity and differentiation Lead competitive intelligence initiatives to articulate Lumos' unique value and develop impactful marketing artifacts Build and execute processes for product launches and partnerships, delivering consistency and excellence at scale Required qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company Strong background in security, ideally within a fast-growing security company Proven expertise in messaging, positioning, and narrative development for technical products Experience in solutions marketing and translating product capabilities into buyer value Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams
