What You'll Do

• Connect with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the vehicle selection and buying process
• Present product features, benefits, and finance options clearly and confidently
• Build long-term relationships with customers through exceptional service and follow-up
• Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and training to maintain your edge
• Take ownership of your goals and celebrate your wins with a supportive, high-performing team

What You'll Bring

• Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
