Conduct thorough evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments and develop customized treatment plans.

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals such as nurses, physicians, case managers, and other therapists to maximize patient outcomes.

Educate patients and their families about therapeutic objectives, discharge procedures, and at-home exercise routines.

Document assessments, treatments, and patient progress in alignment with facility protocols and regulatory standards.

Engage in interdisciplinary care team meetings to ensure seamless patient care.

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

CPR certification is preferred.

Additional specialized certifications (e.g., in geriatric or neurological therapy) are advantageous but not mandatory.

Previous experience is highly desirable.
