Group Fitness Coach

Kvell Fitness is hiring a group fitness coach to help lead high-quality strength and conditioning sessions in a positive, professional, and energetic environment.

This is not a "count reps and play music" coaching role. We are looking for someone who can coach movement, build relationships, motivate people, and create an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach group and semi-private training sessions
• Teach proper movement mechanics and exercise progressions/regressions
• Build relationships with members and create a welcoming environment
• Maintain professionalism, energy, and organization on the training floor
• Assist with member accountability and retention
• Arrive prepared and help maintain facility cleanliness and standards

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping people improve their lives
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with high personal standards
• Ability to coach all fitness levels safely and effectively
• Team-oriented and dependable
• Prior coaching or personal training experience preferred
• CPR/AED certification preferred
