About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President to lead its Industrial Gas Turbines Parts & Services Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the division, including the two service centers. This executive role demands a leader who can drive strategic initiatives to enhance safety, productivity, quality, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing machining, welding, engineering, and supply chain strategies, as well as fostering industry-leading customer relationships and driving sales and orders for the division. The Vice President will also be tasked with ensuring that all operations meet customer and business expectations, and that safety and quality standards are upheld in compliance with industry and regulatory policies. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a preference for industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a direct on-site manufacturing/machining leadership role, particularly in a power manufacturing/machining environment, is required, along with a similar duration of experience in OEM gas turbine businesses. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in project management, process engineering, and customer engagement, who is fluent in English and capable of effective communication at executive levels. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed, and have a demonstrated ability to drive sales and generate new business within a large, complex, and multinational business environment.
