Now Hiring: Full-Time Housekeeping Supervisor Aventura at Walton Hills Make a Difference Every Day At Aventura at Walton Hills, housekeeping is about more than keeping things clean—it’s about creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home for our residents. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll lead a team that plays an important role in cleanliness, infection prevention, and resident satisfaction. What You’ll Do Supervise, support, and coordinate daily housekeeping staff and assignments Ensure resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas are clean and well-maintained Monitor the quality of housekeeping services throughout the facility Ensure cleaning schedules and department standards are consistently followed Train and assist team members with proper cleaning, sanitation, and infection‑control procedures Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, disinfect, and maintain floors and surfaces as needed Ensure high‑touch areas are properly disinfected Help maintain adequate housekeeping supplies and inventory Ensure trash and biohazard waste are handled according to proper procedures Assist with room turnover and special cleaning projects Report maintenance, safety, or environmental concerns promptly Communicate staffing and departmental concerns to management Promote a positive, respectful, and team‑oriented work environment Respect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality at all times What We’re Looking For Previous housekeeping experience preferred Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Healthcare, nursing home, or long‑term care experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment Dependable team player with a strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work independently Excellent organizational and communication skills Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to lead and motivate a team Why Join Aventura at Walton Hills?
