Responsibilities: Manage relationships with banking, legal, and wealth partners to ensure coordinated, end-to-end financial oversight. Support long‑term wealth planning through estate coordination, governance oversight, and disciplined financial controls. Manage banking, lending, and credit relationships while optimizing debt structure and access to capital. Oversee entity structuring, integrated tax planning, and multi‑entity compliance. Negotiate terms and conditions for banking services. Assist in the management of short‑term and long‑term investments. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements. Develop forward‑looking financial models and reporting that translate complex data into clear, decision‑ready insight. Lead risk management strategy, including insurance, asset protection, and exposure mitigation across personal and business entities. Provide strategic business advisory on contracts, touring profitability, merchandise economics, cost control decisions, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proven experience in Business Management. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and management systems. Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
