RN Supervisor — Full-Time

Available Shifts:

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team as a Full-Time Shift Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinical leader ready to take the next step, overseeing daily operations and ensuring residents receive consistent, high-quality care throughout their shift.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise nursing staff and maintain continuity of care throughout the shift

• Act as the clinical point of contact for staff, residents, and families

• Oversee resident care plans, ensuring compliance with facility policies and standards of practice

• Respond decisively to emergencies to protect resident safety

• Support staff scheduling, documentation review, and shift-to-shift reporting

• Maintain clear communication with department heads and administration

What You'll Bring:

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (required)

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience a plus

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• Infection control certification preferred
